Industrial 2-colour flexographic printing machine, designed for bottom print, featuring a reinforced mechanical structure and components from leading manufacturers. The equipment is engineered to ensure stable production, fast job changeovers, and high register accuracy, even in demanding industrial environments.

Originally of Asian manufacture, the machine has been adapted, optimised, and homologated by MASTEBRE to fully comply with current regulations and European standards, ensuring high levels of reliability, operational safety, and print quality.

The printing unit, with dimensions configurable according to setup, has the following reference measurements:

The printing system incorporates a range of rollers selected to guarantee uniform ink transfer and precise registration:

• Plate cylinder

• Impression cylinder

• Feed rollers

The machine is equipped with an ink recirculation system designed for continuous and controlled ink supply:

• Pneumatic diaphragm pump

• Integrated ink filter

• Pneumatic ink circulation system

• Ink suction from the operator side
